Membership FAQs
Can I try a massage before joining?
Yes. Our introductory 50 minute session is offered at a reduced rate, with no commitment to join.
How does my membership work?
Your monthly membership payment is taken on the first of each month, giving you one credit. You can use this credit for any service in-centre, including a 50-minute massage, a physiotherapy session*, or a stretch therapy session*. Any unused credits can roll over to the following month (max of 6 months) *where available.
How do I join?
Do I need to be a member to book a massage?
When does my membership start if I join online?
Can I cancel after joining?
Yes. All memberships can be cancelled within the first month for any reason. After that, memberships are month-to-month, subject to your membership terms, with a one-month paid notice period required for cancellation. You can also place your membership on hold for up to two months.
Can I share my membership?
Can I book treatments easily?
Yes. The quickest way to book is via our app or online, but you can also book by phone, by email, or in person at the centre.
Do you accept health insurance or employee benefit schemes?
We work with several providers including Medicash and Healthshield. Check with your provider as the list is growing quickly and be sure to mention when you are booking.
