Your Membership

Yes, of course. We offer an introductory 50-minute session at a reduced rate, after which you can make your decision.

After your introductory session, your direct debit payment will credit on the 1st day of each month, giving you ONE massage at your chosen massage length (one 50-minute Deep Tissue, Sports, Swedish or Maternity massage each month. There is the option to upgrade any 50-minute massage to an 80-minute massage for a small additional charge). Don’t forget, the membership is flexible enough to allow you to rollover unused massages to the following month.

It takes just 2 minutes online here or over the phone and in person at the centre. You will need your preferred credit or debit card details for the recurring monthly payment, and this can be setup to start from the 1st day of any month in the future.

No, we offer prices for non-members, but our membership options are very flexible so you may still be better joining up. Do ask us what the best option will be for you, and your lifestyle.

If you join online you can select the date that you would like your membership to start. Once your membership direct debit is setup, you can choose to come for additional massages before this simply by paying for them at your membership rate.

All memberships can be cancelled within one month, for any reason.

Yes! You can either choose our shareable Flexi membership, which can be shared with anyone you nominate to us, or you could both take individual memberships and each decide on your own massage routine.

You can book online, on the phone, via email, or of course face to face in the centre!

Yes, membership is month to month and can be cancelled anytime subject to your chosen membership terms. Our terms and conditions are here… Alternatively, you may wish to place your membership temporarily ‘on hold’ (max 2 months). All memberships can be cancelled within one month of joining, for any reason.

You may gift unused massages, but not transfer your membership. However, our Flexi membership is fully shareable, which may give you the flexibility you need if you need to transfer it for any reason.

Yes, with certain providers. We work with Medicash, Healthshield and a number of employee benefit schemes that allow you to claim back the cost of your massages with us. This space is changing fast and more providers are starting up, so do check with us. What a great idea for you and for your team if you are an employer!

The Massage Company is not responsible for lost articles or items, and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue our services for any reason. We reserve the right to change guidelines, regulations, opening hours or pricing at any time providing reasonable notice.
